My love for birds grew from a very very young age due to my mther keeping buggies.,we also kept fish and yes I have to agree with Boddie that I also think children that grow up with pets have a great respect for animals as my children (Now grown up) love all animals as we also kept birds of alsort and other pets. Rabbts Guinneepigs and cats.
