We had a light snow shower and some heavy hail in the night during our trip to Edale this weekend. For anybody that has not been I would recommend it. It rained both nights but the site had good drainage and it was not too much of a problem. We met some fell runners last night and what a nice bunch of people they were (maybe a Northern thing?) but very talkative and genuine and it turned out a couple of them were a bit good too - a couple of British Champions by all accounts
