this is true but irrelevant as ebay traders would not be considered to be retailers within the meaning of this act - instead they would be considered private sales and thus beyond the scope of the act.

this dimunition of your rights is part of the price you pay for the extremly keen prices they offer and is why it is a good idea to only trade with those who you know are trustworthy

the point is moot in this case as canon are fixing harimau's lens anyway
