Some one ebay are not ideally set up to deal with warranty. I am guessing that if Canon felt a lens should be replaced that Ian would honour that. I have always found him to be very fair. Lenses from him are significantly less expensive and he has sorted dozens of us out now without problem. This just sounds like a bit of bad luck. |
