UK's Youngest Conservationist

Hello All

Would you please say hello to the 'UK's Youngest Conservationist' AMY JONES aged eight.
Amy has written a couple of books about dolphins and the marine environment, all the proceeds from the sales of her books will be going to marine conservation.
Since the 21st of December 2007 Dolphin Care UK along with our colleagues Elaine Brown from the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (Bdmlr) and Katherine Stephenson of the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) have worked hard together to help this remarkable little girl fulfil her dream.
"To have her books printed" and all money received from their sales to go to Marine conservation.
We have struggled from day one to get anyone interested to publish and print Amy's books, we then decided seeing as no help came forward to go ahead and self publish these books.
We received an offer from someone who was willing to do the page layouts and format the pages ready for the printers.
The books will soon be ready to go off and be printed, I can say here and now after reading the first book how amazed I was at this little girls talent, the story is about a dolphin named "Dolphy" along with his friends Surf and Wave who go out to save the planet.
I do not want to spoil the surprise here and now, that people will see when they read this book.
But this little girl of just eight years old is bound to become a Marine Biologist, I can just feel that happening after reading this first story.
Dolphy, a dolphin who, with pals Surf and Wave, has magic powers to stop disasters such as oil slicks and marine litter.
One of Amy's stories tells how Dolphy's friend nearly dies after mistaking a balloon for food and swallowing it, a problem which causes blockages in the animal's digestive system and often leads to death.
But if you want to know more you are just going to have to buy the book, it will be money well spent and you will also be helping Amy and Dolphy with their marine conservation.

Please visit the UN's Year of the Dolphin programme as they have put the story on their website for me. Year of the Dolphin — Home
Go to News and Events.

Please help Amy, Dolphin Care UK, The Bdmlr and Marine Conservation Society by letting as many people you know or as many of your readers as you can, to look at buying this book when it hits the shelves.
We will also be releasing an E Book of the stories for down load from our websites, costs to be arranged and more details of this to follow or will be printed on our websites.
You will almost all agree when you see or read these stories about "Dolphy" what a remarkable and talented young girl, Amy is.
Remember this Amy is only Eight years old.
You will be truly amazed at this little girls books, they will soon be ready for publication.

Regards

Chris
