73% of respondents want maximum exclusion zone in Lyme Bay

Last Thursday (6 March) Defra published a list of responses to a consultation on the future of Lyme Bay's marine habitats and wildlife. Devon Wildlife Trust (DWT) is pleased to see that nearly three-quarters (73%) of respondents have responded in favour of a 60sq mile exclusion zone in Lyme Bay 'protecting the full area of reefs from damaging scallop-dredging.
