Description

A tiny bird the size of a blue-tit that have brownish green upper parts and buff underparts. There is a dark stripe through the eye, a pale eyebrow and a thin pale eye ring.

Diet

Insects are the staple diet and include caterpillars, midges, flies and any other insect found amongst the foliage. Their latin name Phylloscopus means leaf explorer, which they do by looking on the underside of leafs for food.
