Description: 

A bluish-green to yellow-green fungus found in grassland from late Summer until Autumn.

Distribution: 

Occasional during Summer and Autumn.

Habitat: 

In leaf litter and grass.

Cap: 

Convex, bluish-green to yellow-green, discolouring to a pale straw yellow colour with only a slight hint of green, viscid when moist often with fine veil flakes present at the margin.

Flesh: 

A pale bluish-green colour  with no distinctive odour or taste.

Gills: 

Emarginate and a pale greenish-buff to brown with maturity.

Spores: 

Umber-brown spore print.

Stem: 

Similar in colouration to the cap, fugacious ring-zone.
