Judging by the habitat it seems almost too obvious! It's a Rock Pipit!

your hole nesting bird isn't a Pipit of any sort; the bill is stout and conical instead of thin, and that big curl of an eye-stripe isn't found on any Pipit I can think of. I think it's a Rock Sparrow Petronia petronia. In the other shots alongside there is one of a very similar (if not the same) bird which is a male of this species and shows the diagnostic yellow throat spot.
