I think this is a tort sp poss ruralis which I see has changed names to Syntrichia ... I have to admit the naturalist in me receded and the photographer spotted the water droplets and I came away without resolving the species .... shame on me!! Its on top of a limestone wall at Sizargh Castle so very calcareous substrate if that helps anyone to shout out what it might be?
