Currently (Jan/Feb) growing out of or next to the pile of wood from a diseased rowan felled last year -may arise from roots of the same. No colour changes or fluids exuded when a piece broken off - see photo 2. Having been through the Collins photo guide I have not found any plausible matches - so I would be grateful for any clues or ideas.
